Analysis
Reviewing your objectives and preferences and comparing them with the status quo, including risk & return, investment solutions, current custodians, counterpart analysis, leverage and fees.
Strategic Plan
Based on our assessment, we provide a proposal on how to align your objectives with a strategic plan, including the establishment of an Investment Policy Statement (IPS), aligning investments across banks to optimize strategic asset allocation, selecting asset management strategies and custodians, consolidating bank relationships (if warranted), negotiating bank and asset management fees, and optimizing the decision making.
Implementation / Monitoring
Implementing the Strategic Plan and ongoing monitoring, including interfacing with banks, custodians and asset managers for ongoing due diligence, monthly reporting, market comments, tactical advice, cost and quality control, screening of onshore and/or offshore regulatory landscape.
Referral Resource
Being a sounding board and referral resource for ancillary financial matters, including offshore or onshore trust, cross border and tax. When making referrals, Lega Z Advisory uses a network of professionals with a long-term cooperation track record.
Fees
Lega Z Advisory’s fees depend on the role scope and the type of engagement the client is seeking. In general, the fee conists of a percentage of assets under management and/or oversight with a sliding scale. Lega Z Advisory is not affiliated with any bank or broker platform and is not selling any pre-constructed products or solutions. We do not receive any 3rd party compensations.
Lega Z Advisory works for the client and is paid by the client.
